Yes! Our motor vendor for the event is AMW Pro-X! They will be bringing a selection of motors to the event, but to ensure you get the motor you want for the event you should order it from their website using the instructions below. Go to www.amwprox.com (www.amwprox.com)and when you checkout select the "Hold for pickup" as your shipping option and add a note to your order that says "Pickup @ Nozzleween". This way they will know to set your motor aside to bring to the event.

We are planning on having a food truck serving tacos and some other Mexican cuisine at the event for breakfast and lunch on Saturday the 28th. Please plan appropriately to have snacks during the day as well as dinner on Saturday night and Sunday morning. It's always a good plan to pack extra dry food in case something happens and the food truck can't make it. Food truck menu is TBD and we will update this FAQ and send out a tweet when we know more.

YES! You can fly LPR with just a Spectral Spectator Pass ticket as well if you like. You will still have to go through our pad team to get a launch slot, it won't be a free for all!

Unfortunately this will be a NAR only Launch. If you are a Tripoli member you're more than welcome to fly under NAR rules.

There are no RV hookups at FAR, and there is limited parking space so we would recommend that you camp or sleep in a car rather than bring an RV.

While we will have some water on site, we strongly recommend you bring enough water to sustain yourself! It will be hot and somewhat humid so expect to consume about 2-3 GALLONS of water a day. (I know right? Crazy).

Yes, there will be bathrooms on site!

TBD, we are told the bathrooms on site have showers so we are fairly certain they will be available but don't want to promise anything.

Yes, on-site Camping is available and encouraged, but please come prepared! Please plan accordingly, we don't want anyone sleeping on the ground due to dangerous wildlife present at the site (snakes, scorpions, etc.)

Absolutely. If we have a lot of folks who have not yet flown we may have to ask you to wait a salvo or two, but you are welcome to fly as many times as you like!

If you were at HNS 2021 or 2022, fairly similar. Luckily there won't be corn this time though, and the terrain should be flatter. You will track where your rocket lands and get your vector, then come to the recovery tent to get your safety checkout and a buddy before you go fetch your rocket!

It’s best if you don’t bring your dog. It will be hot, and there will be a lot of people, not to mention the motors are quite loud and can easily startle a dog.

The site waiver is currently 120,000-feet AGL!!!, this is subject to change so please stay updated and check our socials!

We can guarantee all Rockets with 'L' impulse and below that are built to the NAR Safety Code (https://www.nar.org/safety-information/high-power-rocket-safety-code/)can fly, but will have to make special arrangements for anything larger than that.

Yes! We will be doing NAR certs. We have the capability to certify up to L2, and will be administering L2 tests at designated times to be announced!

Yes! Note unaccompanied minors will not be allowed, so if you will be launching junior HPR, please make sure you come with a parent/guardian.

No Hybrids, only certified solid motors from a licensed motor manufacturer in California can be used (ie estes, aerotech, cesaroni, etc.) Please note that Loki Motors will not be allowed at this event as they are not certified in the State of California.
